We have all been introduced at some point to the 'Law of Attraction.' Most people know what the 'Law of Attraction' is. Some practice it daily, some practice it when they feel they need it, some just know about it but are not 100% sold on the power they have within themselves to achieve anything. There are also others who live in the current of what life produces for them & do not stop to think about why are they getting what they are getting & "HOW" come?

Once you take the commitment to live a more conscious life - it is pretty impossible to live in each day without asking questions.

To live a more conscious life is to become more in "tune" with your spiritual side - to do this you need to get quiet. In today's vector-paced lifestyles it is difficult to understand that silence & stopping thought will allow your source, inner self, or whatever you choose to call it, to reconnect & be heard. Source has always been with you - it has always been ready for connection - it was always patiently awaiting for your acceptance & acknowledgement of it. Once you get quiet - you will notice that you become so much more sensitive to the things happening around you. Your vibrational offering or level at which you operate becomes honed in to accept coincidences, or events that are seemingly out of nowhere but have direct impact on something you are working on. People, places & events that happen in your every day become more connected with where you are focussing your attention on. You are aware.

As you move through this enlightenment, or spiritual journey of reconnecting with yourself you start to understand that you really are unstoppable - you really do have the power to attain what you have set your mind, or put focus into your mind, or guiding your mind to produce answers that you require to get what you need when you need it. Once you have faith in the Universe & your ability to this - you really start to consciously create your life from the inside out.

Establish what you want & it will appear. It may come to you via phone call from someone, or a job opportunity that will open the door to meeting someone who knows someone who will lead you right to it, or a billboard, or song, or book, or name, or whatever the key, or piece that leads to the next step will be presented to you for you to make a choice about. Some people write them off as chance happenings, or coincidences, or just an every day event. Nothing in your day is "just" an every day event. Everything has meaning! You have attracted everything into your life & there is meaning to everything. Once you truly get this - you can create anything you want every time. Consciously & creatively things will appear to you.

There are events or things you may be wanting that are just seeming to take too long, or something is just not jiving or gelling, and you may go through a time period where you seem to loose faith in the process. Don't!

It always works and it is always turned on. Reconnect with your alignment to source & ask different questions. Instead of saying, "Why isn't this working?" "What am I not seeing?" "How come this is not working?" Ask questions that bring you answers inline with your true positive source - "How can I create this?" "How can I easily make this happen?" "How can this challenge bring me closer to who I really am?" If you are honest with the questions you are asking & turn them into positive outcome questions, then you are really getting somewhere.

You will start to train your brain/mind to look for answers in the right places. The Universe clicks in - it is true positive energy - your positive outcome questions will align and answers will appear. They will appear just as everything does in this Universe. It will happen when you least expect it, when you relax & allow it to happen, when you trust & believe that all is well & all is happening & converging for you. Everything is on its way - all is well & I am good right now. Use this very moment to be happy - feel good, relax & trust that all is well!

For me the hardest part of this spiritual journey has been the part about relaxing & allowing. I have always been taught to work hard, never give up. I come from the philosophy of "School of Hard Knocks" will bring you success. Wrong! You may learn alot of lessons but that is not the way life is supposed to be. Life is supposed to be good, easy, loving, flowing, gentle. It all depends where your vibration & soul is perched. Where have you parked your soul today? Wake up thinking, "I have parked my soul, my source, my inner being -right here with me!" I am a pure positive being - I can create anything - I am a divine creator & I am bringing you with me on this ride to enjoy & experience life in the most positive and uplifting way possible.

Today WILL be a great day! If you do face challenges in your day - ask positive outcome questions. "How can I turn this into a opportunity to create something great?" "How can I turn this around to benefit me, others, my community?"

When you live consciously each day & trust the questions you ask will be answered in the most dazzling ways - that is when you wake up with such expectation and eagerness to see what unfolds for you. You feel loved & blessed and start attracting the same people, places, & events into your life to match your vibrational energy.

Really - it works - give it a try & see the outcome. The answers may take a week, a day, an hour - depending on where your vibrational output is - if you are truly in the flow of pure positive energy, it will happen more quickly & more profoundly. It will make you say "What the ------ just happened here?" "Did you see what just happened here?" Then as your head is spinning from amazement, you realize that "YOU" created it! You can create anything!

The other day I sat in the early morning light feeling such a buzz from my meditation 

Well, now that the world is getting comfortable with having an amazing man in the leading role, we can reflect a little on what really brought us to the level of believing that CHANGE is on the way. When everyone in the world was watching President Obama bring insight, inspiration, & hope to the future of what the majority of people were seeing as quite dim.

We face financial crisis', we face all the trials & tribulations that life brings & when the day came for an extraordinary man

to lead the way of hope - we take it & eat it up. We all want to live our best life. We all want to experience success, love,

& the financial abundance that only seem to shine on the elite of the elite.

We see & believe what we want to! The "Enduring Spirit" & "Hope" that Obama brings to all of us was ALWAYS there. We have

always had it. We all carry it with us every day. We just have someone that believes in us now! That is the difference!

It is the same feeling with your children - they are born, you are born, we are all born with the innate ability & unlimited potential to be, do, or have whatever it is we want. Along the societal way, we lost our vision, passion, courage to be authentic.

If you believe in yourself, in your children, in your country - if you 'believe' that CHANGE can happen, with all the icing to go with it; love, life, beauty, success, family, global awareness, financial gain, & so on. It is all about belief! We believe in Obama's goals for the future. We believe that he really does believe we can get there. We only need to believe in the this ourselves & we all ride on this amazing ride in unison & together. Never before has the North American continent felt so together, finally living as one!

Do not believe that this feeling of hope & unlimited potential came from anyone else but you. He is the catalyst, no doubt but the belief is all you. We were all ready to see the potential of what our future will deliver. We now have someone who is authentic in spirit & also believes in the potential of all of us!

So, go forward with your enduring spirit with the hope that we all have the ability in each thought, each word, each action to bring about greatness within us all, within your children, within the relationships of our neighbours & co-workers etc.

Each word we speak & action we fulfill all plays a role in the outcome! Believe & think peace & abundance & it is all yours!

Just wanted to put something out there - do you believe in fate? Do you believe that regardless what you do in life, you have
a predetermined destiny or that life happens to you without your intervention it will just be what it is? Do you believe that
most things are out of your control? 
When you really take all situations & look at them individually or break them down, you will see that there was a cause to that effect or outcome. You had a belief or thought that had brought about the result. All experiences in your life are spawn from your thoughts Your thoughts become your words, your actions, your beliefs, your behaviours, your habits and so on. We have such unstoppable & incredible power with what lies within that the possibilities are staggering & unbelievable to some.
As you travel on your life's journey - pay attention to every thought you incur. Does this thought benefit me? Does this thought connect with my true spirit? Pay attention to every thought & dismiss / change or banish old, negative, poor health thoughts. 
Anything that is not LIFE - LOVE - BEAUTY is not benefiting you and your spiritual growth. When I say BEAUTY - I do not mean to think of becoming more gorgeous or focussing on only those that possess good looks, I mean BEAUTY in the sense of UNIVERSAL BEAUTY! 
BEAUTY is everything that is created in perfection. Nature, animals, your children. The sights of this beautiful world & universe that we live within is created in perfect beauty & how often do we stop to soak & breathe it in? Do this every day & you will be filled with such intense appreciation of our world & those around you. Creating more love & zest for life from within that you will change the thoughts, words, actions, reactions, behaviours, and so on which will then change what you have coming to you....
You have now created your own fate! It takes alot of practice to focus on every thought in our busy days, but you will get to changed behaviour that no longer will negative self-damaging thoughts will swallow you up every second, you will be noticing that it will only be once a day or a few times a day and less and less. Your world will be everything that your potential has been waiting for you to wake up to and become!
We are led to believe that we have few choices in life, but only the opposite is true. You have the ultimate power of every success you have ever dreamed possible...that power is your simple ability to choose! Choose your thoughts, choose your beliefs, choose your actions, and allow only all good things to come from your being....practice, practice & you will see how 
everything around you will falls into place just as you have dreamed - even in your wildest dreams - it is ALL POSSIBLE!
You have the energy & choice to be anything, do anything! You are the ALPHA ENERGY to become anything, to have anything!
It starts with a thought - & anything is possible!

Happy Holidays everyone. Just thought I would write a post before everyone gets off 

for the holidays!  Wanting to wish everyone an amazing Christmas season & blessed New Year.  

In thinking about the New Year right around the corner, it can sometimes allow us a chance to 

look back on our year.  As someone who journals, it is a great way to review & remind yourself 

of your personal growth.  

It comes down to asking yourself  "What is success to me?" "What do I want to achieve this coming year & take away from every situation that may appear to be challenging?"  These are questions I use to ask myself & then be very conscious of setting yearly goals & lists of all the things I wanted to accomplish.  This year is so very different.  I look back on the year with open eyes & a new passion & an awakened soul.  This year has been full of the up's & down's that everyone faces in life however each day I see as a new chance to make it better than yesterday.  There is a meaningful link between me & the Universe now & it brings me closer to understanding life everyday.  Success now is not what I will accomplish, or get or do but how much I grow & expand in the knowingness of who I am in relation to spirit - Universal Spirit!

The more I am consciously aware of the connection between my unique potential & the Divine Mind the more I recognize how utterly amazing each day is. This is success to me.  

We are all here for a reason, a purpose, a specific role that we all play to express our unique gifts to world.  This expression is the gift you not only give yourself but to others to help, love, lift, to beautify, to teach, to nurture and so on.  If you really look, your passion in life will be an expression of something.  Expression is the true purpose of life!  What do you express naturally?  What feels so natural to you & at the same time gives you joy & fulfillment?  Is is writing, drawing, caring for, teaching and so on.  Find your expression & you will find your life's purpose & passion!

This is when you are truly closest if not meshed with in tandum with the Universal Spirit.  This is what life is all about.  To find the contrast between what feels utterly amazing & what is just floating along in the river of life.  Then make a decision to get yourself back on the real track of living a connected life with your Source!  The Divine!

My wish for you is that you find your joy & peace in what you have to offer this world.  

Once you find your joy, your expression, your gift, you will have become conscious of the distance between you & your authentic spiritual self.  The reason why you were meant to be here!  We all are special gifts - recognize & express!

THE FLOW OF SPIRIT

Happy Holidays everyone!

I am in the middle of reading some pretty awesome stuff on 'mental science' & thought I would share a few of the

key things I have learned that have really given me total "ah-hah" moments. Now, even though I may heard this before

or read it in the hundreds of books I have read on Law of Attraction the books I have been soaking in lately have really

brought everything to another level.

There is only one thing that success is contingent upon - mind power & the 'will' is the control power to your mind. Therefore if your will is weak, then success is weak. If your will is strong, through consistent practice of powerful & positive thoughts that support the desired outcome/goals then success will be met! You can practice & improve your will every day. When you are faced with a situation that requires you to act, take a breath, do a mental check on where you are at, & choose a reaction that will benefit your growth & evolution. Life is all about evolving as a spiritual being - you can either choose to act in a way that will or will not evolve you! This "mental check-point" you process when decisions are required is the best way to practice & improve your will power. Choose actions that are in alignment with who you aspire to become - keeping in mind your desire! Live as if you were where you want to be. Walk the walk of where you desire to be, feel how it would feel, what does that new desire allow you to feel & become? This is what I ask when I need to get into the "Spirit" of what I want & desire. To live the desire I visualize. To live in the flow of the spirit of my desire. This is what attracting your desires is all about. It is not about the "getting it" it is about experiencing the growth, the expansion, the joy, the pure spirit of the journey. Knowing that your mind, the very centre of your being as created this desire from a pure thought. The joy in knowing your power in this Universe is unlimited & all encompassing.

So, the next time you are practicing, or meditating with your desires in mind, remember that there is a spirit/energy attached with everything. The quicker you live in the flow of this spirit - the more quickly you will manifest your desires. This is also the most rewarding as you are living the joy in every minute you meditate on it because you are already there! Your desires want you just as badly as you want them - so sit back & relax! It is all there - start living in the flow of spirit!

This is what life is all about - Universally connected moments brought about by the most powerful tool you have - your mind! You can create each moment & starting really living in the flow of spirit! Pretty freaken' awesome!

The past few months I have been intently working on the process of "allowing." For those of you that
follow & practice the Law of Attraction, you may agree that this is probably the most difficult to do.
We have been conditioned to working hard, working long, to get what we want in life & even then there
is so much struggle & it comes with health issues & mixed results.
So, in my journey I have come alive in knowing, realizing, becoming aware of the most simple & magnificent
feeling of the Universe delivering people, circumstances & events to me with this new found process. It sounds way too
simple but its results are the most genuine, authentic, amazing feeling! Knowing that you have manifested something
from a pure idea from that one inspired thought.
The process;
1.) Law of Attraction is the birthing of an idea, a want, a desire, a need.
2.) Then there is the asking. Define, identify, outline, determine what you want & then ask.
3.) Then there is the "Letting it be!" To allow the Universe to manifest the desire to you. The Universe will work its magic to
deliver to you the opportunities, people, or circumstances that will open the door to the manifestation. This may seem more difficult upon first try. You may worry, or stress about "where is it?" Most of want what we want "NOW" - this only creates resistance & stress which will pull you away from your manifestations. For manifestations to appear, it is required that you feel good. Feel stressless & trusting that all is being taken care of by the Universe.
So now you ask "HOW" do I do that when I need it now? The fastest way for you to receive is to "let it be." Get yourself in a frame of mind that allows it all to come to you. Visualizing for me is the most powerful way to get you in the "all is well - it is on its way" frame of mind. The "no resistance" feel - the "relaxed energy" feel to allow the Universe & all your desires to align & receive.
* Visualize your enjoyment in receiving it, visualize what you will do once you get it, visualize the feeling, the smell, the sight, the touch of what it is your desire. Visualize it already being done & see yourself receiving & acting on the receipt of your desires.
Visualize & Dream that you are building onto the desire. The receipt of it & it already being in the works & new ideas now come. Know, like you know your own name that "it is on its way!"
I know, like I know, like I know! There is no question, there is no doubt, there is only this amazing Universe that is delivering me all my desires in the most perfect time, in the most perfect way.
Build your pure energy & release the resistance.
There are no coincidences, there are no mistakes - life is very perfect - we need to really just relax, breathe, & allow the greatness that you have within you to rise above & receive!
Let go & feel Good! All is well - All is on its way!
Then you feel the rebirthing of life when you realize your potential to create greatness!
